Born and raised in Delaware, Eric Brinker specializes in providing the very best service to his clients throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania. His "client first" mentality is built upon many skills and qualities including market knowledge, negotiation skills, integrity, hard work, dedication, marketing strategies, and first hand experience. In a business where time is of the essence, Eric has made himself available 24/7 to ensure that his clients needs are completely satisfied. As and active part of the ShowTime Real Estate Team he takes pride in making real estate transactions simple and enjoyable for his buyers and sellers. Aside from his interest in real estate, Eric enjoys spending time with friends & family and traveling.
ShowTime Real Estate was started by Dan Shainsky and Eric Brinker in 2007 through Keller Williams Realty Company and moved to Applebaum Realty in 2009. Dan Shainsky graduated from the University of Delaware with a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Legal Studies. Eric Brinker graduated from Full Sail University with degrees in technical writing, web design and computer science.
We specialize in real estate through out the entire state of Delaware in all three counties. We use new age ideas to market and sell our listings no matter the market. Our marketing plan consists of many marketing ideas that are not used by other traditional agents, they are our own unique ideas based on the talents that we personally have. We also have many ways to service buyers, and to find them the perfect house that they have been looking for. We are constantly aware of what is going on in our market. We know all the homes in each area that are for sale by other agents, for sale by owner, for sale by banks and foreclosure. So when a client chooses us as buyers agents they can be fully confident that we know anything and everything about the current market. We are in constant contact with lawyers, inspectors, banks, mortgage consultants and contractors all of which will be fully available to service our buyers and sellers to make the real estate transaction as smooth as possible.
