Director Of Tenant Relations

As Director of Tenant Relations for the property management division of Applebaum Realty, Dawn’s strong work ethic and attention to detail offers D.I.S. Management clients excellent service and responsiveness. She balances the needs of tenants and our owner clients while managing the day to day property operations of our portfolio. Dawn is a licensed real estate agent with experience in residential property management since 2000. As the first point of contact, all of our clients know Dawn will quickly and professionally handle any issue that may occur. Dawn possesses the ability to easily adapt to change and accepts new challenges as the demands in the real estate market transform. She is often complimented for being proficient and on her efficient and innovative work skills.

Al Applebaum

Portfolio Manager, Staff Accountant

Develops relationships with property owners to have DIS Management become their property managers.

Responsible for the recording of tenant rents, utilities and making payments for repairs and maintenance. Sends property owners their remuneration and detailed reconciliation statements each month and maintains all books and accounts for DIS Management, LLC.

Prior to joining DIS Management, Al was CFO, Purchasing Manager for Take-A-Break, Inc. a regional food service, vending and office coffee service company. During his 28 year tenure, he was also Sales Manager and Human Resources Manager. Before Take-A-Break, Al was General Manager of DRAC, Inc., a major car rental company in the Baltimore Washington area.
